Purchasing from us

If, by mistake, we have under or over-priced an item or service, we may cancel your order provided we refund you any payments you have made. Before a refund is made we will make all possible endeavours to find a suitable alternative for you. In the event that an item has been over charged a full refund of the difference will be given.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Please refer to our website for all current prices. Please note prices issued our website supersede any prices set out elsewhere if they are different.

All wines ordered remain the property of Hamer-Wine till payment is received in full and successful delivery has been made.

Orders may be cancelled within seven working days of receipt of goods - all we require is that the request to cancel is received ’by a durable medium’ such as but not limited to an e-mail or letter. Any cancelled order will be required to be returned to ourselves by an insured tracked postal service and at your expense. If goods are returned in a condition not 'as sold' then a we will endeavour to recover any financial loss.

Please note all alcoholic beverages cannot be bought by those under the age of 18 and proof of identification may be required. By purchasing items on the Hamer Wine website you are confirming you are at least 18 years old.
